150g Lean Beef Steak
- Cook to taste in a non-stick frypan, seasoned with sea salt and black pepper.
- Serve with your choice of salad (see salad recipes) – 2 cups.

- Soak cashews for 30 minutes or longer, then discard the water and add the cashews to a blender with 500ml fresh water. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Pour cashew milk into a medium bowl and add vanilla, mixed spice, chia, apricots and salt.
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes while the chia absorbs the cashew milk.
- Add honey to taste and stir through well.
- Serve with one piece of fruit, chopped. Keeps refrigerated for 4 days.
