Serves 1

150g Salmon fillet, skin on
1 cup bok choy
½ cup Carrot, sliced
½ cup Zucchini, chopped
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Sea salt & Black Pepper

  1. Pan fry salmon fillet with 1 tsp coconut oil, sea salt and black pepper.
  2. Steam vegetables, then toss with sesame seeds.

Serve salmon on a bed of Asian vegetables.
