Makes 1 cup

2 Ripe Organic Avocadoes
½ Red Capsicum, finely chopped
1 Spirulina tablet, crushed (or 1/3 tsp Spirulina Powder)(optional)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Pinch Cayenne or ground Chilli powder if desired

  1. Mash the avocado in a medium bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir well to combine.
  3. Serve 2 tbsp. of dip with a large handful of vegetable sticks (celery, carrot, capsicum, snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes etc.)

Keeps refrigerated for up to a week.
