Strong Core Beginner is an exercise plan with 33 ‘core’ workouts. These workouts increase core strength, improve back health, and reduce pain.
The program includes 31 ‘walking’ program that are perfect for skiing and hiking.
Follow it for 6-weeks.
All workouts and exercises have interactive videos.
The guide directs the sets, reps, speed, rest, distances, weight, and equipment (if any) to use.
The core workouts include a variety of Eccentric; Multiple set; and Isometric training. The walking workouts vary in intensity and duration using; slow, moderate, brisk, weight load, stairs, hill, and bush walking routines.
Workouts take as little as 10 minutes to complete at home and in the great outdoors.
