150g skinless chicken breast or thigh fillet

1 cup green beans

½ cup Sweet Potato

Sea salt & Black Pepper

  1. Cook through in a non-stick frypan, seasoned with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. While the chicken is cooking steam sweet potato and green beans. Mash the sweet potato.

Serve chicken on a bed of mashed sweet potato with green beans on the side.
