Makes 16 balls

1 cup almond meal
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pepitas
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in 3 tbsp water for 10 minutes
2 tbsp raw honey
½ cup dried apricots, chopped

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll into balls and coat in extra sesame seeds.

Keeps refrigerated for up to a week.
